The vision of this membership site and platform is to one day offer all the incredible programs we run here at 180fitness but online so people just like you around the world can experience similar results to what has been happening inside the walls of 180fitness. We have run multiple successful programs over the years including: Rock Your Skinny Jeans for the Holidays, The Resolution Revolution Challenge, Mission Slimpossible, Summer Slimdown, Booty & the Beach, Fit4Fall etc.
*Minimal equipment is required. The majority of the exercises will be able to be completed in the comfort of your own home although access to a local gym would be beneficial.
No 2 workouts are ever the same. We train our clients like elite athletes and tap into the most effective and efficient workouts/training modalities on the planet. You’ll experience HIIT training, Tabata training, Energy System Training, Peripheral Heart Action training etc. Systems that we know work for our clients and that will work for you.
Please note:Modifications for exercises are provided. Keep in mind that Our transformation system was built around the understanding that you have 30-70+ lbs to lose.
Nutritionally, we have 6 separate meal plans offered throughout this program with vegetarian options avail. Each plan comes as a PDF for download as well as a complete recipe guide. A video breakdown of each meal plan is provided along with several video recipes have all been produced to assist in your meal preparation.
We have even filmed a grocery tour guide, meal prep & planning workshop, along with a special dining out video series. Giving you all the best tips and strategies to help you dine out healthy.Every week we will require you to submit weigh ins online to hold you accountable. And every weekend you will be given a New Challenge all laid out in video format and with PDF downloads outlining what we have in store for you, insert evil laugh here ;). These weekend challenges are meant for you to get you out of your comfort zone, to enhance your enjoyment in the process and to help solidify new habits.

Bi weekly Mindset Workshops & Seminars, which will give you a better understanding as to why you do what you do.
We often mention here at 180 that one must become a better Body Mechanic. To understand what foods and combinations work best for you. Well, the same can be said for your mind.
In these mindset modules our goal is to help you understand yourself on a deeper level. To have a conscious awakening, don’t worry it’s not “woo-woo-crystals-on-you-forehead” stuff. We aim to get you to become aware of the tendencies/habits that may be holding you back. The goal here is to allow you to dissolve poor habits and choose to adopt and apply the tools we lay out for you to better manage your mind. After all, you become who you think you are and our natural tendency is to stay consistent with that perception of ourselves.
